CIA FIRST International School has built the CIA FIRST Entry/Exit app as a free app in a partnership with 7GATES SYSTEM. CIA FIRST International School is committed to protecting and respecting any personal information you share with us. CIA FIRST International School will be acting as a "data controller" for the processing activities described in this Policy, which means that we define the purposes and the means for these processing activities. We do not sell your information to third parties, but we do work closely with selected partners who help us to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.
We collect information about you when you engage with our application, or security gates using the ID card provided by us. We only collect information which is necessary, relevant and adequate for the purpose for which you are providing it to us. We collect information about you when you use CIA FIRST Entry/Exit, applications and customer service centers. Some of this information does not identify you personally, but provides us with information about how you use our services and engage with us (we use this information to improve our services and make them more useful to you). For a better experience, while using CIA FIRST Entry/Exit application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy for internal record keeping. We want to inform you that whenever you use CIA FIRST Entry/Exit, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing CIA FIRST Entry/Exit application, the time and date of your use of the CIA FIRST Entry/Exit application, and other statistics.
CIA FIRST Entry/Exit application does not use these “cookies”.
For some personal data processing activities, CIA FIRST International School may need to involve a third party supplier in operations of CIA FIRST Entry/Exit application.
